i am looking into painting my engine.. could someone tell me what the temp. of the engine gets or what parts get to be as in what temp.....thanks

Instructions for riding a KZ1100 1) sit on bike, 2) start bike and idle till warm, 3) pull in clutch, put in gear, 4) release clutch and rip on the throttle, 5)VERY IMPORTANT!!HOLD THE F*** ON!!!, 6) Enjoy!! Side effects may include whiplash, wrinkle free skin and an evil smile resembling the"Joker"

I paint most of mine black that arent original because I think it radiated the heat better. Could be wrong though. I ridden my black motored GPZ750 across the California desert at 117 and it bothered me more then it did it. It does have an oil cooler on it
