Unless yours are missing or damaged, just reuse the existing seals. They never need replacement unless they get goobered up somehow.

I bought one for my 750 from the dealer a year ago; if I recall it was about $12. I think Z1 sells a few different exhaust gaskets too, have you checked or called them?

If you add your bike to your signature I'll look up the part number in my cross reference software and maybe they are used on other machines, you might be able to score some on Ebay cheaper that way.

Sealing them will just result in them being ruined if you ever need to disassemble in the future. The gaskets are asbestos type stuff that normally provides a good seal without aid of sealer.

Don't they make the hollow copper "donut" ring gaskets in your diameter? Those are only a few bucks and have always worked on mine. If you have one pipe that comes in crooked to the head, you can glue two rings together if need be.

He isn't talking about the cylinder head exhaust gaskets... They ain't the crush copper gaskets.
