With the motor running i can pull off the the #1 plug wire w/o a drop in rpm.I can put my hand over the unfiltered carb and not detect as much vacum as the other three, further more it unlike the other 3 will not drop the rpms/die with the hand test:blink: .I did a leak down test and at 100 pounds it held 93 {7 percent leak down}pounds the others were about 95 to 97pounds.The valves have .006 inches clearance. The Boots seem ok.I have green dyna coils w/the dyna ignition and its a z1 1230 with cams similar to k12sHELP.!

Try spraying some WD40 into that carb, and see if it makes any difference.
Have you had the carbs apart?
How are the plug-wires?
Try a new sparkplug in that cylinder?

spark plugs are cheap, keep extras in the pocket of your riding jacket, i do now.
Until i can find me some plugs that dont die alot like NGK's do one of my pockets will always have a spare in it.

I have tried new plugs ,moving wires around also.Shot some wd 40 in the vaccum port on the #1 hole and it seemed to idle up a little bit.

Well now you know it's carb related.
Do you have pods,or the stock airbox on the bike?
If you have pods, pull that one off and give it a good spray directly into the carb.
