Alright, I called 3 of the bigger shops in chicago to see if they could do a leakdown test for me and give me the numbers. All three said they wouldn't touch a japanese bike more than 20 years old. wtf? This isn't a crazy involved test!!

Anyone know where I could get a leakdown done and get accurate results? Anyone in Chicago have the ability to do a leakdown? I'll pay the going shop rate!

Could probably do a better job yourself. And might be less expensive to get this tool from Z1E.

[click here] > Leak-Down Test Tool from Z1E

Also, some automotive supply stores such as AutoZone regularly loan tools to their customers, and might have a leak down tester available.

Good Luck! :)

Buy your own leakdown tester and learn to do it yourself. Not difficult.
