biggest bore on 650 cylinders was created by jordan
alright, tried searching through previous threads but I am not real good with this new forum update. I am planning on rebuilding my 650 motor and have alot of extra 750 parts laying around. Is it possible to bore the 650 cylinders over to fit 750 pistons? Is this bore too large for the 650 cylinders?

This is a separate project from your 750/810 build, right?

650 cylinder sleeve walls would be entirely to thin after boring to the 750 size. The block can be bored for the 750 sleeves though. Wiseco also offers a 710 ( or maybe 716 or something, don't remember for sure) over bore kit.

yes, this project is completely seperate from my 810 project. Thanks, I was afraid the cylinder walls would become too thin after such a bore.

Wiseco makes a 720 kit for the 650 but I've heard that you can go up to 738 if you can find a old piston set someplace.

738 is the 750 stock size, Kawasaki was a little optimistic when they decided to call it a 750.

Soo does this mean I can get by with punching out the 650 sleeves to fit my 750 pistons?
