lost all its oil all over the floor

sold my 82' kz440 bout a month ago,guy who bought it just called. said he came out in the morning and found all the oil all over the floor. looking for help any ideas on how or why this would happen; and how might i go about helping him fix.
also said he is loosing fuel from the hose coming out of the bottom of air box, is this possible?
any help would be great, i rode bike for two years with out a hitch. was kept well maintained. help please thx tim

drain plug loose?tell him to check motor to see where its leaking;) as for the gas check the petcock

This may be a far fetched thought but maybe the petcock is leaking for the carb floats are sticking causing fuel to overflow into the engine thus causing oil to be overfilled and over flow.

Just a thought.

Check oil level. Could be contaminated by gas leaking past carbs and into engine and airbox. Bad carb floats, bad petcock???????? Did he recently do any work on her? Did he leave the petcock on?

i emailed lawewence the new owner n am waiting to hear back from him.then i can update post. thx so far for the help.

heard back from lawrence and it seems since he picked up kz he has left petcock set on prime, and keeps dumping fuel into carbs.problem seems to be solved since he changes to run once its started. thx guys
