Clutch cable popped

I loaded my bike into the truck for tomorrows inspection at washington State patrol so i can get it licensed.
Well, the neighbor Elton comes home and he was ear to ear smiles.

He comes over to BS and i said check this out, turn on key, pull clutch in and *POP*
He says, yeah thats neat! :S

I started it anyhow and his jaw hits the ground at how nice she purrs, i will need to get me a new cable, but need to tear the cover off and make sure it wasnt something else, Crossing fingers here.

since it has sat so long I would guess the cable was bad,, easy fix
