Always had inline fours. So my question might be a little weird . Does the or is the kz750 twin shake like a twin.mine shakes like a vtwin runs and sounds cool just want to make sure the vibration was ok.

It depends on what you're accustomed to. It vibrates more than a four, much more at higher revs. If you're used to twins, not so much.

If you dont like the vibration you can remove the top engine mount(a trick i learned on the old 450 Hondas)it will greatly reduce felt vibrations.

My wife must be right when she says I'm an insensitive clod, because I don't notice much vibration on my 79 750 twin
I did notice a vibration at 4k rpm on my way home tonight, it was smooth above and below 4k, so maybe the motor mount bolts are loose. I'll check them tomorrow since I haven't checked them since I bolted the motor in. Compared to Brit bikes (especially the BSA 441 Victor, and excepting the Norton with isolastic) my 750 twin is smooth as glass.
She may be right about the insensitive part, but I still contest the clod part
