kz 750 twin points and carbs

bike will start and run then run out cant get it to stay running .sometimes fires and some time i kick myself to death help.

A little more info would be nice

This a bike you recently acquired that hasn't run right yet, or a bike you have ridden for awhile that just started acting up?

Done any maintenance on it recently? A recent tune up? Good battery? Fresh gas?

Engine bought sat for years rebuilt new gaskets and orings through out carbs cleaned .anything else i would so greatfult
