The header pipes off of just about any of the KZ1100's should fit right into the exhaust ports on your bike, and eBay is the first place I'd suggest looking for them.
The point where the cross-over tube (if equipped) is located and how far back the portion where the mufflers connect to in the rear might be slightly different.
That's an easy fix though, just fab up new brackets to relocate the muffler mounting points in the rear as others have done in this situation.
There may be someone out there that makes custom headers and exhaust for motorcycles, but personally I don't know of any.
Have you checked with any speed shops or smaller "specialty" shops dealing with automotive exhausts near you?
You just might strike gold with one of them.
