engine case ID?

Just picked up a set of KZ/Z1 cases. I want to ID them for proper year and application. The ID number is Z1E133438. Anybody know what the're from?

KZ900 - fairly late in the run - either a late 76 or early 77 engine
kz650 gs750 cb750
