vance and hines 4 into 1...probs

i got a v&h 4 into1 it didn't come with exhaust collars. it seems my stock collars from my stock exhaust are too small(short), is this a common problem, or did i get the wrong pipes?...sorry if this has been asked before but i need some help

oh my bike is a 1981 kz 750.

Is this with 4 new gaskets being installed?

I do know there are long and short collors, the 650's use the longer ones, don't know about the others. Gringo knows a lot about this issue...

i think this will help but it looks like that might not be enough...

you need the longer ones the 650s used them. the 750s used a shorter collar im sure someone on here has a set of 650 collars

thanks guys...i am going to see the guys at TJ's cycle in calgary, they always have stuff for kz and lots of kz's in scrap yard. thanks again for all your help dudes.
