exhaust collar question

Having a hard time finding split collars for my header. I have this annoying little exhaust leak on #4, and I think it's because I didn't pay any attention to which collars went where last time I had the header off.
They're six bucks apiece at the stealership.

I am under the impression ALL the collars are the same size for a set of headers.
I had a different header that took shorter collars than stock, but they were all the same size.

I was just wondering if the exhaust port sizes were similar between 650's and 1000's. I kinda doubt it, but I had to ask.

Seems like I see more of them things for 650's than I do for 1000's on Ebay.

With gas at 3.35 a gallon, what's the small cost of the correct collars going to dent your budget???

And at 6 bucks per stamping, that's 48 bucks for eight little pieces of stamped sheet metal, which is ridiculous. Considering what they are, they should be more like 50 cents apiece. Compare that with your average .99 cent spark plug, which is a lot harder to manufacture than a curved piece of sheetmetal, it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out that I'm getting shafted by the dealer.
I might fork out the 48 bucks, or I might go ahead and make a stamp and die so I can make my own.
