I thought I had seen a post recently from another member saying he was going to have to change the sprockets because of this very issue but I must have misread the post or perhaps it was addressing a later year of Kz1000? Willo46 Offline User Posts: 79 Thank you received: 0	I have a 77 KZ900, it has the 30 tooth cam sprockets, normally enough. I got another set of cams from a later model head that had 32 tooth sprockets, but you can unbolt the sprockets and change them out for the 30 tooth ones.
