Today i started on this job and now have the starter clutch removed with the engine still in the bike and without spliting the case. It actually was a bit easier than i expected although on reinstall there is one this im concerned about. I took a bunch of picture to do a write up on it. But im not going to waste my time unless someone wants it. So if there is anyone that would be helped by a write up on "How to Remove a starter clutch through the oil pan". Let me know id be more than happy to do it if itll help someone out.

I have a writeup on the procedure (for the 650/750 fours) in the filebase, but I can´t seem to access or download it - I´ll see if I can attach it here for you to check out.
Edit: Nope, pdf file won´t attach - shoot me a pm with your email and I can send you the file.
Edit 2: Filebase seems to be working again, here´s the writeup: CLICK

I need to do this on my daily rider KZ750H (the one with over 100,000 miles). I would enjoy seeing a full picture writeup to add to the prior write-up on this site. Lots of close-up pictures would be nice, plus all of the tips you can think of.
Thanks!
