I got it running great and road down the street and back. No strange noises while it was running even at idle, I park it and turned it off and went to start it an hour later with the kicker and the engine turned over about 1/3 of the way and kicker just locks. It acted like it jumped time on me, Has anyone had trouble like this and could it be the camchain tensioner weak???
Oil level is good and new oil..

have you tried pulling the plugs and see if it turns over,

pulled the plugs and still won't turn. No damage on the plugs, so I guess I'll open the topend to see if I have cam problems.
