i know about lining up the marks and the arrow on the exhaust cam needs to be lined up level with the top of the head. i know to properly seat the cam it must push on the buckets on the valves. Is there a simple trick in doing this, im woried i might strip the cap threads.

a few years back on the 650, I got some metric all thread, and nuts, I cut them long and used them to pull the cams in place, then installed the right bolts after, wish I knew what happend to them now
