New Barn Find Ltd1000 1982

The bike i got for next to nothing>I was looking at the block to see if it had the size in the left bottom corner.Where my 78 says 1015 this block just has a serial number.I no the bike was fitted with a 1200 weisco kit some time ago.
My question is do the 82s have the size on the blocks like the 78s etc.

Yep I have seen it, can't remember where though, but I think somewhere on the throttle side of the bike, at the base of the cylinders.

i think the 1000j says 998,not sure about the 1100 though;)

1100 says 1098 IIRC

As you face the block, bottom left should say '998' just like PLUMMEN said:)

Mine doesnt have that has a long serial number
