The timing chain tensioner bolt is broke, I barley turned it and the bolt twisted in half, can it be replaced? I can get it out since there is still plenty to grab or should i get a new assembly alltogether?

Get a new assembly? Because a bolt broke? Just get a new bolt. I would chase the thread and torque properly as broken bolts are a sign of dirty thread and/or improper toque previously.
