I started off by taking a nasty old cam cover from a 650 and I sprayed it on and let it sit a while then I hit it with a scotchbrite and still nothing. Then I tried it on a couple of engine covers thinking since they were at one time smooth and shiny it would be less of a challenge, sprayed it on and tried scotchbrite again still nothing. Today I thought I'd try it on a mag wheel, again even with scotchbrite, nothing. I'm of the belief that I could do as well with dish soap and a scotchbrite. I thought my logic on this stuff was sound looking at the pic and the fact that this place sells alot of it's products to the military and the aircraft industry I guess I figured this stuff would be really aggressive. In the event this stuff was liquid lava in a bottle I figured if it ruined the cam cover no big deal. I'm thinking about contacting the company and voicing my displeasure but I don't expect to get much satisfaction. It would be a pita to ship it back and cost me another $10.00 as well. Maybe it will work good on the tile in my shower.
