1981 KZ1000CSR exhaust ???

Hello,
I'm looking for advice on a different exhaust set-up on my bike. I'm looking for something that will be louder than stock but not obnoxious to my neighbors. I saw a mac 4-2 in the classifieds which might be the way to go but not sure how it would sound or if I would have to re-jet the carbs? Any advice would be greatly appreciated..Thanks in advance and safe riding to all... Don

PS.. Got about an hour of ride time in today,temps around 50. nice break from the snowy weather...praying for an early spring
