OT: ZX-11

A bit off topic, but I'm thinking about picking up a zx-11 with rod knock. Apparently this is a common problem with some zx-11s. The bike has about 45k miles and is otherwise in pretty good condition ... and it's cheap. Does anyone have any idea how expensive parts are and how difficult the repair might be (I would be doing the work myself). Is there typically collateral damage?
