I'm pretty sure it will fit, I believe all the 650 motors were the same excert for external stuff like charging systems, engine covers, etc. You can check with Kawasaki.com to make sure!

The valve cover gasket won't work as the '80 has the smog cover, but everything else should work. Actually it will work, just cut off the tabs for the extra holes!
