Value guides seals

I've got my engine all apart and took the cyl. and head to a machine shop.
Getting the cyl. bored and new valves and guides put in the head. On the valve seals what are the best kind all rubber or the one with the metal jackets?
Is there a brand that's considered better that others?

Hey 1down4up,
Metal jackets? Do you mean springs? I've never seen jackets.

The rubber (Vitron) is fine. The metal jacket seals that fit the Kawasaki were Yamaha XS1100.
