Options? KZ750F Shaft LTD Eats Valve

I picked up a rare 1983 KS750F shaft LTD which the previous owner claimed was frozen. I went to put penetrating oil in the cylinders and found evidence that one cylinder has shallowed a valved. I paid next to nothing for the bike and it has a number of good parts. Do I have any viable options besides parting it out? It suppposedly only had 25K miles? Remember this is a shaft drive model so I can't easily find another engine to replace it with.

just pull the head off and see what damages are done if piston isn't damaged or cylinder bore matbe you can jusy buy a new valve, if the head is damaged you can find one on ebay pretty cheap. the 750 heads fit a lot of models chain or shaft
