OEM Gasket sets

Do the OEM complete gasket sets come with all of the shaft seals?

I've never seen any motorcycle gasket kit (OEM, Vesrah, etc) that includes the shaft (transmission seals), but some kits do inslude the valve stem seals.

If you check eBay, there are a few sellers who regularly list oil seal kits for various model Kawi's.
