Engine Swap - 750 4banger motor into 73-80 Z1/KZ1000 Frame

I have seen some pics of 900/1000 motors swapped into 750 frames.

So, if I happended upon a good cheap 750 motor is it an easy swap into a frame that was designed for the 900/1000 (pre-1981 J) motor?

I have learned a bunch here already about J motors - at least the exterior of em. I know nothing about the 750's except I see some swapping going on with 650's.

I have no need for speed, this chop only needs to keep up with Honda SOHC750's - just wondering. :)
