It's 102 links. There's a NOS Kawasaki endless chain on ebay right now. I highly recommend this chain over modern chains. (Don't know exactly why I guess, but I've used both and prefer the endless). Yes you need to remove the swingarm. Well worth it because it needs clean and lube anyway. This is like a $400 chain through Kawasaki. By the time you fight that damn bastard master clip on a modern chain, plus break your old chain to remove it, you could be quicker to just remove the swingarm and use the endless.

If you're using the stock tooth sprockets, www.buykawasaki.com should list the chain type and how many links it needs to be.

If you have a 650 D it should be a 102 links using the stock 16/40 sprockets.
