Largest stock bore ona 900 block is the 1015 but you can bore a 1000 block out to 1105. This will leave the cylinder very thin and is not suggested for street use, although there are some out there. Best to stay at 1075 for 1000 blocks. Any larger than 1105 needs new liners that can be used on 900 or 1000 blocks. With the larger liners, you will need to open up your cases for them to fit.
