Mechanic

Anyone know a good mech in the dallas/ft.worth area to work on the 900s.

I been trying to put my 900 back in shape and upgrade a few items. When I put the new carbs from Wg It opened up a new can of worms. I cannot seem to get it to stop spitting back thru the carbs. I think I neet to upsize the idle jet but Im not sure. When I turn the air screw it does not seem to make a difference in the idle. Right now it has 17.5 jets in the 28 mm carbs. When I had the 26s on it I never had this problem.

did you get my pm? he is the only mech. i use now, i have tried others and they are not as focused on kz's. i dont want to advertise in an open forum for him so if interested shoot me a pm.

Did you contact Wiredgeorge about your problem? It sounds like it's carb related, and since you got the carbs from him I'm sure he would be willing to help.
