I second tjettim's question...are you looking to buy a bike or what model you have to buy parts? FYI,you don't own a KZ, you own a ZX (ZX750A2). If you are looking for parts, many of the engine parts will cross-list with earlier KZ's but much else is considerably different.

Welcome to KZr wilchek.
I'm guessing that you're trying to locate your bike on the Kawi website to view parts diagrams?
Like McDroid stated the '84 GPz750 is a "ZX" model, not a "KZ" model.
The 750 GPz models are broken down like this:
'82 = KZ750-R1 (fork mounted fairing. dual rear shocks. fuel guage, battery sensor/side stand sensor warning lights mounted in between speedo and tach guages. available color: firecraker red with pinstripes).
'83/'84 = ZX750-A1/A2 (frame mounted fairing. warning lights moved to a cluster on top of fuel tank, avaialble colors: firecracker red w/pinstripes or galaxy silver w/pinstripes).
'84/'85 = ZX750-E1/E2 Turbo (based on standard ZX750 model, but includes the following: black upper and lower fairing w/red stripes/decals, center silver fairing, and the obvious TURBO).
The reason you're probably not able to locate the ZX750 "GPz" model you have on the Kawi website, is because Kawi has it listed as a "Ninja 750" (although technically it IS a "ZX" model), and even the base pic they show is of a Ninja.
Kawi didn't offer the 750 Ninja until '87, so just select the '83 ZX750 "Ninja" to view the parts diagrams and you'll be A-OK.

Thanks for the info. It makes a lot more sense now. I knew something was not right. I just bought a 84 gpz750 with 17k original miles in awesome shape. I have to say I was not looking for a particular bike but fell into this one and it has been awesome so far. This is my second Kawaskai after owning BMWs, Hondas and Harleys and I think the Kawasaki always wins as the bike I like the most. I was just looking around to see how hard it was to get parts.
