I just installed a set of 8X in a 1200 motor. You'll like those cams. Nice strong pull on the street.
Andrews Specs
27/59/-/59/27 timing I/E [106 lobe centers]@.030"
266 Duration and .410" lift
The set I installed, at .006 lash measured 247 Duration @.050".
I like 108 / 110 lobe centers on those cams with flowed heads.

Your castings should have EP on them. Those are the initials of the company that makes the blanks.

I took them out of my 13:1 1170 years ago,no wonder that thing was so tempermental below 6500 that thing would piss and pop,but ya better of been watching the tach and holding on when she got up around 6500 or so,that thing would become downright evil scary really fast! :evil:284 duration @.030" .530" lift. This isn't a street cam. It's designed to be an Intake cam.
