Can anyone help with sourcing Valve Stem Seals for an 82 750 twin? Genuine aren't available any more and even Z1 can'thelp.

Trevor, Drop Steell (Steve Elliot) a note. He will know the answer to this one. I suspect aftermarket seal for a 900/1000 will work fine but since I have never worked on a 750 twin, I can't say for sure. I use the same seals on Vulcans as the 900/1000 so they are kind of generic in nature.

For what it's worth, it's part number 92049-017, VALVE OIL SEAL, and was used on KZ750 twins from 76 - 83 (and the mysterious 84 Canada-only model).
I cannot say if they were similar to others or not, I only got this from the Kawasaki cross-reference software.
Have you looked into those oil seal/gasket kits you find on eBay every once in a while? They should probably be in there, and maybe that might cost you more than you want, but if they are otherwise extinct, it might be your only way to go....

I second Biquetoast...check on eBay...they are usually included in a full gasket set. On eBay, there is a full gasket set currently for sale (eBay 200129615083) but it is, unfortunately for a 1976 B1...I don't know how this translates for your 750(2), but the valve stem seals are the same.
