I hear that the kz 750 pipes will fit. Kerker makes one. There is an x-pipe on ebay too.

The ZR-7 exhaust also has been done, but is HEAVY. On another site, there is mention of a ZX9 exhaust being hooked to a ZR7, so by reverse thinking, that could work.
Definite on ZR-7. Not so sure on zx9.

84 GPZ750. Modded with stock Kawasaki parts: ZR-7 shock, ZX-6 coils, GPZ1100 throttle, EN454 brake, GPZ900 fuse box, etc. and non stock: Ken Sears mirrors, K&N filter, Pirelli Sport Demons.

I don't think the ZR-7 system weighs more than the standard 4-2 exhaust of the old KZ's. It is kind of heavy though... It certainly weighs more than a Kerker 4-1 exhaust.
One big advantage of a ZR-7 system is that it's made from stainless steel, So it looks really good.
But if you want the look of the old style megaphones (Kerker etc.), you should get another system.
You can also look for a Zephyr exhaust. This would fit the cylinders, but you might have to fabricate a hanger for the muffler (the same with a ZR-7 system)...
