petcock/shotoff valve questions for kz750 ltd was created by k0pper
Anyone know if a petcock/shutoff valve off a 1983 kz750 ltd twin would fit an '80 kz750 ltd 4 cyl? based on pics they look the same and I wouldn't imagine functionality would be much different.

k0pper... Welcome... don't you think this is more related to carb stuff than engine? Anyway, a petcock is a petcock... you have two types; vacuum and gravity and I suspect both the bikes you are asking about are vacuum actuated. If you measure the mount bolt offset, on your petcock, it will likely be 44mm. If so,

sells a replacement Suzuki petcock that will fit.
