If someone has a 650 block, and another has a 700 block,
and would be kind enough to measure the thickness
of the cylinder wall at the bottom, and the diameter
at the bottom of the sleeve at the bottom of the block, and post
the measurements here,
then I will measure a 750 sleeve and we will know for sure.

The sleeves have to be a different size. I took the piston kit, my head and cylinder assembly to an excellent machinist over in Alabama and he was the one who measured it all out for me and told me of the cylinder wall issue. Yes they would have physically fit, but it would have left cylinder walls so thin they would have cracked with the first heating and cooling

Pull the sleeves out of the 650/700 block, then bore the block out for
the 750 sleeves, press the 750 sleeves in the
block, then bore them for the 810 kit.

What is the actual displacement for the 700? The 750 is actually 738 cc.

Although it would be a lot easier to just use a 750 block
since yours already has the HyVo cam chain.

Don't know about the 700 sleeve size but a 650 is conciderably smaller than a 750 sleeve. I put 750 sleeves and an 810 kit in a 650 yrs ago to hide the actual size for, well, it really doesn't matter, but it was worth the effort;).
