Hows it goin! Ive got a kz1000p5 police bike from 1986,Im lookin for some information,Ive got a bent valve on cylinder #3 and I think Ill need a new valve, shim(s) and probably a cylinder heed!! Can anyone tell me any part numbers?!! I want to cross ref them with Kawasaki UK to see if a Z1 heed will fit the KZ!!As this will be cheaper than importin these from the USA!! Cheers Sean.

Why do you think you need a new head?
You can order a new valve from one of the many on line parts houses. After you lap and before you put the springs back in, you can measure your clearances, sort your shims, and order the ones you need.
I can send you a used 'serviceable' valve.

The P-series is a J. The Z-series will not work.
