Well I tore the whole thing apart now I just need to know how to fix it. The bike was running for a bit but kept getting oil fouled plugs.(I overfilled it with oil too) I did a compression check and here are the numbers: 1. 90 2. 60 3. 55 4. 100 With a teaspoon of oil i got: 1. 140 2. 115 3. 100 4. 160. The cylinder head had alot of carbon on it. The bike has about 16,000 miles on it now.
So what do I do now?
Here were my plans. Get it honed(small scratches in cylinder wall). New rings. New gaskets. Try to clean the head.
Do I need to take the pistons off to get new rings on?
What should I do with the valves(to clean or adjust)?

Do you have a service manual? Don't open the head without one.
You do need to remove the pistons to install new rings. Not that big of a deal. Follow the service manual.
Edited to add: Actually, you could replace the rings with the pistons still on (with the block off). But it's easy to remove them, and it makes cleaning them up much easier.
You should remove and lap the valves. If the seats are pitted, consider a full valve job. Check the valve guides for "stem wiggle". Replace the valve oil seals.
