when you read plugs, you look at the center first, from what I see there is a tniy bit of brown spots in the center, that is good, you want to see that, tells me that the pulg is getting hot enough to burn off the fuel, the black on the out side still looks like oil burn, which you need also.
If you are getting a touch of black smoke at idle, maybe the choke was on just a bit.
I still think it looks good and wouldnt worry about it

This link might help.
Why is my bike smokin?
Black smoke is caused by a rich fuel condition, not lean. White smoke is coolant or water and blue smoke is oil. If your bike is running lean you shouldn't see black smoke.
A white colored plug is caused by engine overheating.
Common causes for this are:
Incorrect spark plug (too hot heat range).
Low octane fuel.
Timing is not set properly.
Cooling problems, (dirty cylinder fins, no or low water if water cooled, low or no engine oil).
Carburetor air/fuel mixture is too lean (too much air).
Leaking crankshaft seals, no oil, base or head gasket leaks, or crankcase leaks on two stroke engines.

Thanks Vach.
Obviously this is not just a matter of reading articles to understand what the plugs are telling Me,because I KNOW what colours on a plug indicate.
Maybe this post should have been listed in the "Carb" section, but I had to start somewhere.
Thanks again, and I'm sure I'll get it figured out.
I really appreciate the replies,Guys.
