You can replace the springs in the clutch basket. They do it all the time. You have to take it apart, put new springs in it and have it welded back up. I've never done it but it would be best to have it done by someone who has done it before as I've heard it must be done right or it will shake and do all kinds of things you don't want. I'm certain APE can do this, so give them a shout and see what they can do for ya.
