Oil Filter KZ900 - Wix was created by austin3119
I'm putting in an order for some oil filters for the Yukon and the Altima. I like the Wix filters. Do they make a filter for the 1976 KZ900 . The EMGO filter that I usually use has a number of 10-24400 .

Thanks in advance.

Actually you're right about that. Wix makes the Napa Gold, Silver and the cheaper Napa Pro Select series. They also provide filters for Carquest.

I was skeptical about the Pro Select Series from Napa. Their only like $3.79 or something like that. So I grabbed one and compared it to a genuine Wix. The Pro Line filter has Affina stamped on the box (Wix's parent company). It also has Gastonia, NC stamped on the box which is the location of one of Wix's plants. The filter casing on the Napa Pro Select series is the same as a regular Wix filter (same shape, size, color, 8 holes on the top etc.... But if you look down inside the filter the filters are different, and the genuine WIX is heavier.

Wix probably doesn't make any junk, but interesting none the less.
