recently bought a beater outta the paper just went through the carbs and now i want to go through the head and make sure everything is kosher in there just lookin for factory specs. anyone got the numbers i need?

the factory manual says 0.05-0.10mm,good luck. i set mine towards the loose side. shims are hard to come buy.

Maybe we should have a shim trading thread for the 750 twins? Make it a sticky at the top of the Engine forum. Shims are readily available for the other models, as far as I know, but it's getting real difficult to find shims for the 750 twins.

If any of the twin owners are interested, PM me and I'll see what I can do.
