anyone have a spare head?

Well while working on my bike today I tried to get the broken bolt out that goes to the cam chain sproket and broke off the easy out. That along with the stripped spark plug hole and bad cam bearings, has made me want a new head. So if anyone has one they want out of their way let me know. BTW I did get my new 1075 pistons and cylinders on, so I guess the day wasn't a total waste.

man you have had a run of bad luck all the sudden, I dont have a head but if ever a guy needs a break you do;)

Try wired george. I gave him one last year and i think he has a couple or three engines. Roy

Yeah the bike was abused before I got it and last year I didn't help it any. It will be back together sometime and run good. It was really close to being gone last spring when I had it Craigslist but the guy was trying to talk me down $200. Good thing I help firm cuz I would have been kicking myself if I had sold it.

J head on ebay

I was thinking about a J head, but it's too much work right now. I just want to get it going for this year. This fall I'm going to build a motor that will be FAST and a J head will have to be part of the mix. Besides I'll need about $300 worth of cam sprocket parts from Jeff just to get it back together.
