We had it apart yesterday and turns out the gears were sitting on one of the fork things wrong. We corrected that and put the engine back together last night. We'll put the engine on the bike and should have it running today.

So today was a pretty progressive day. We screwed with the timing like 5 times by following the manual and it still wouldn't fire. We checked the compression and the lowest was 160lbs and highest was 200lbs. We started checking the cams again. We finally noticed we had the cams in backwards ( intake on exhaust and exhaust on intake ) and the exhaust would open right after the intake stroke. I think we're lucky we didn't bend any valves. We put her back together and it runs but now has exhaust leak at the head around each one? Anyone know why it would leak around every exhaust ? maybe we didn't put them together right?

Engine Video

We got the motorcycle back together and fixed the exhaust leak and now it's tapping in the top end. I posted a link to a video of the engine noises. Hopefully you guys can figure it out.
