Supposed to have 2 throttle cables?

Even my 160,000 650 has the original throttle cables although I'll bet 15 or 20 clutch cables. The throttle cable has a very small amount of tension on it. I never gave it a second thought of ever going bad.

Buy it (her or him) NEW control cables for Christmas every year .
Then they never break and you end up with a few spares.

And dont pick on me but I learned this from an H-D rider
