OK, so why do I mention this:huh:
Because having a table to do the assembly on keeps everything much cleaner than having stuff on the floor, and because a low table allows good access for torquing studs/bolts, and, since the engines aren't all that big or heavy, it's ok to move them on and off a low table. By using kids furniture I finished the assembly without a back pain, and all the time I thought I was playing
I can't see a reason to invest the time/money/effort to develop a special stand.

I have two different style stand mounts that allow you to turn over the engine and split the cases on the stand. Maybe I can get some pics this weekend if it's not so cold out.
I would like to see them. As I do blacksmithing and welding, building something is no problem. I just can't see rolling an engine around on a table. It seems like something might break off.

ive seen people make make adaptors to mount z motors to automotive engine stands ,but the are only good for doing topends!
I like the idea of being able to roll it around and maybe out of the way while waiting for parts etc.
