i have a oil cooler on my kz1000 and the other day i noticed i had some oil seeping out of what i thought was my oil cooler fitings going into the block. i took the oil lines off and took the fittings out of the oil sending unit and the return, cleaned them up put some new pipetape on them to make sure i got a good seal. i also decided to go ahead and replace the o ring on the bottom unit while i had every thing out of the way. i got everthing back together and notice after riding for about 30 miles that i was still leaking oil:blink: . when i got home i took a closer look and found that i am now seeping oil out around of the oil pressure switch ( plasctic looking screw in the bootom unit were the oil pressure wire connects).
now i need to know were i can aquire a new one along with the o-ring. part number for the oil pressure switch is 27010-1013. i didnt see one a z1(might have to cal jeff) and i dont want to steal the one off my mkii motor that i have set back. if anyone can point me in the right direction to aquiring this part i would be very greatful.... thanks
