valve clearances

I recently measured my cam/valve clearances and I noticed something a little strange

All of my clearances on my intake cam were under the spec. In fact I could not get a .04mm feeler gage to fit under any circumstance on all of the lobes


Then on my exhaust cam, all of my clearances were quite high, they were all above 0.15mm, with the highest being 0.21mm

Should I go about finding the appropiate shim sizes, or do I have a larger problem. I made sure my cam shaft cap bolts are proberly torqued and the bearing surface very clean..
