Thin sleeves/ heat transfer

I'm of the impression that thinner sleeves let the heat transfer to the block faster, (before the temp can climb). My 1015 stays cool all the time, and it's not even bored on center. I really noticed how cool it runs, but it may because the jetting is on the rich side also. Jetting lean causes the motor to have more vac. through the carb and the result is that it revs up and down quickly like a rubber band snapping back. The lean mix will heat the chambers on a hot day. Since the larger jets were installed the motor really relaxed in the way it revs. I miss the low end torque and snappy response, but the redline pull it has now is too much of a thrill to let go of. I've heard talk of thin walls heating up the motor but does anyone have proof?

the biggest problem is lack of support for rings because the bores distort too much with the thin sleeves ;)
