Yes, but it requires $275 worth of sleeves plus machine work to block and case. At least $400 more than the 100CC smaller kit.

Unless, oh wise wire one, you know of a cheap, easy to find, used/salvage sleeve that may be fitted :-)

I still have those high comp piston with old fashioned iron rings. 76mm, 13.5:1.
Need a block, sleeves, and machine work to use. I can bore the block and case. Will have to take to the machine shop to have the sleeves bored.

BTW: Added up all the $ I've spent on "bikes" over the last 3 years and it's the same as I would have spent on cigarettes if I still smoked....Hows that for incentive for you guys who are trying to quit...

ANOTHER OPTION FOR BIGGER CC's

1)Ebay pistons for GPz1100/KZ1100 maybe $30 incl ship.
2)$99 rings from Z1, only if you can't get pistons with a good set.
3)J or GS1000 head from a junker, $50-$200
4)Roller chain adapter for 'J' head or GS1000 head.
5)pacer for block about $20-$40
6)gaskets???

1197 with sleeves is $150.00 more than the 1075 kit without sleeves the machine work and splitting the cases is what gets ya,1075 is definately a good solid motor with a good head and some cams i just like to be armed for battle!:P

What kind of machine work is required for the 1075? Case and cylinders? or just the cylinders?
